Registration and your account

Yes - you'll need to register if you want to place an order. Click on My Account and then on Create account and enter the information requested (name and login data). You'll receive a confirmation email and will be able to access the My Account area to view you purchases and ivoices, track your orders and more.

You can modify your data from the My Account area: login and click on Your data section. Please note that you cannot alter company name, VAT number or tax code. If you have any issues or require clarification, do not hesitate to contact us.

To recover your login password click on My Account and then Forgot password?. Enter your registration email address and you will receive an email with a new password. Make sure that the message does not end up in your spam folder.

Your order

Placing an order on Myticketprinting.eu is easy:
1) Select your product and choose the features you want from the order form and go ahed.
2) Upload your artwork, info for our designer or create online, and add it to cart.
3) Check the summary of your chosen products in your Cart, choose your delivery country from the drop-down menu and payment method.
4) Crate an account or login entering E-mail and Password you choose when registering.
5) Click Place order, you will receive a confirmation e-mail with the summary of the items selected.

Yes, you can order more than one product at the same time. After adding the first product to your cart click on Continue shopping to add more products. At the end of the purchase click on Proceed to checkout to complete your order. The shipping cost is calculated on the total weight of the goods.

It is not possible. You will have to place a new order that will be handled separately from the first and with new shipping costs.

You can cancel your order if its status is still "awaiting validation". If you need to edit options, please contact our Customer Service sending a message to check if it is possible.
The refund of cancelled and already paid orders will be made according to the payment method selected in the order within 5 working days.

Once you have logged into your account you can see your order status in Orders. From this section you can also view the invoices for each order.

Print file

Once you have completed your quotation, you will be asked to uplad the file for the item. You can also upload the file later through the My Account area. Remember that the maximum size limit for each file il 100MB.

The following instructions will help you create a print-ready file.
Please download the template after choosing size.
Send your file in PDF, JPG o TIF format in 1:1 scale.
Always download the template after choosing size and use it as the basis for positioning your artwork: this will make it easier to create a print-ready file. Remember to delete all the guidelines and save the file as PDF, JPG or TIF without crop marks.
All files should be sent in CMYK (cyan, magenta, yellow, black), with the Fogra 39 colour profile.
The optimal resolution for the print files is 300 dpi (dpi = pixel/inch).
Download the template for the size you choosed, the required bleed of 3 mm will already be correctly set up. Text shoud be placed at least 4 mm.
Vector paths should have weight of at least 0.3 pt. The minimum font size (below which we cannot guarantee perfect print quality) is 6 pt.
We recommend that you do not place frames or passpartouts too close to the margins, as the tolerance in the cutting process may produce a slightly uneven result.
Please note: Print-ready files must not have any cut marks, register marks, etc.

Myticketprinting.eu offers the graphics service: our graphics department will create the print file according to your instructions. You will receive the draft by e-mail when it is ready: you can confirm it or send further changes. The printing will start only after the confirmation of the graphics and the shipping time in 24 hours, 3 days or 5 days will be calculated by the same confirmation.
You can also use our online editor to do you event ticket yourself.

Shipping and delivery

The delivery time of the goods is linked to the date selected at the time of the quote, which you will find in your order confirmation. Myticketprinting.eu ships by GLS courier, with standard delivery within 24/48 hours in Italy, 2-5 working days in Europe. Delivery dates are valid for most of the territory, however islands and remote areas can be served in more working days. Oversized and overweight shipments may sometimes be subject to delivery delays. When the goods are dispatched, you will receive an email with the tracking number so that you can follow the delivery of your parcel. You can follow your order from the My Account area in the Orders section, checking its status at any time.

We believe it is important to respect the shipping dates we have promised, so don't forget that the shipping dates only apply if the payments is made anche the file is uploaded within the limits given and if the file you have sent us is ready for printing.
Please note that if you pay by bank transfer you have to send notification of payment to speed up shipping times, otherwise we will wait 2/3 working days after payment is made.
Myticketprinting.eu is not responsible for any errors and/or omissions in the compilation of the shipping address, nor for any delayed delivery due to the express courier.

Of course! When ordering you will be asked to enter the delivery address for the goods.

We can't handle multiple delivery addresses for a single order, but if you need to ship the goods to more than one address, you can place multiple orders, giving each one a different delivery address.

The basic cost is € 7,00 including VAT and increases according to the weight of the goods according to the price list available in Delivery. You can check the exact cost of shipping on the Shopping Cart. We remind you that for orders with shipment of products on two different dates (e.g. 24 hours and 7 days), the fixed surcharge is € 7,00 VAT included.

Read the e-mails received by Myticketprinting.eu and the courier containing the tracking number with which you can consult the status of the shipment from the courier's website. For any information, please contact GLS Express Courier at +39 041 5478444, communicating the shipping number. In case of difficulties or goods in stock contact us as soon as possible sending a message.

Invoices and payments

Invoices are sent by e-mail to the address with which you log in when payment is received, or at the time of shipment or at the latest the following day. If you have not received the invoice by e-mail you can retrieve it from your private area in Orders where you will find the downloadable PDF.

The customer profile can be modified directly from your reserved area, section Your data. Remember that you cannot modify these specific coordinates: Company name, VAT number and Tax Code. For any need or clarification please contact us sending a message.

Online credit card, PayPal or advance bank transfer (IBAN: IT81X0103020900000061161967 - BIC: PASCITM1SMC - Holder: Bottega dell'Immagine, as reason for payment you must indicate the order number). We remind you that, in case of payment by bank transfer, we ask you to send us by e-mail the notification of payment to speed up the shipping time, otherwise we will wait for the accounting of the operation (generally 2/3 working days after the issue).
